Help and support

Find your common craving. Then find your spot.

Choose an area

Choose a Canberra suburb, allow current location, or enter an exact latitude and longitude. Pick a radius between 1 and 40 km. The prototype is limited to Canberra and surrounds; distances are measured in a straight line.

Choose for myself

Pick all the cuisines and restaurant types you feel like. SpotPick shows up to 12 nearby matching places. Select up to three to make your shortlist, then open their websites or maps.

Choose with friends

The host chooses the area, enters a display name and creates a table. Share its code or invite link. Up to 12 people can join. Each round lasts 60 seconds or ends once everyone finishes. Round one keeps only types selected by everyone. Round two shows the nearest matching restaurants; each person can vote for up to three, with one point per vote. Equal scores share a place. A round with no common types or no restaurant votes offers a retry.

Reconnecting

The app reconnects automatically and remembers your table on this browser. Rooms expire after 24 hours. Choose Leave table to remove your local reconnection credential. The host can choose again after results.

About the directory

Listings and cuisine classifications can be incomplete or out of date. Website reachability does not prove a venue is open. Check hours, accessibility, dietary needs and availability directly. Read the data sources and attribution.
